The Gemini Lounge Recording Studio — Terms & Conditions

By booking studio time at The Gemini Lounge, the Client (“you”) agrees to abide by the following terms, policies, and studio regulations:

All posted hourly, daily, and project rates are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings with paid deposits will be honored at the agreed rate.

Standard Sessions: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure and confirm your scheduled session. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or completion of the session before files/stems are transferred.
Freelance Bookings: For freelance engineers and third-party bookings, 100% of the payment must be made upfront at the time of reservation.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time to retain or transfer your deposit.
Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit.

The client assumes full financial and legal responsibility for any physical loss or damage to studio property, facilities, furniture, instruments, microphones, audio interfaces, monitors, or outboard gear caused during the scheduled booking time outside of normal wear and tear.
Repair, replacement, or cleaning costs will be billed directly to the primary booking contact.

Underage Drinking: Absolutely no consumption or possession of alcohol by individuals under the age of 21 is permitted on the premises.
Smoking & Drugs: The Gemini Lounge is a strict smoke-free facility. Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) and any illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the studio and immediate property grounds.
Violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund issued, and all parties will be escorted from the premises.
